We are delighted to welcome Craig Wilson, and his wife Evelyn to New Haven, as Craig begins his role as head coach of the Yale Women's Rugby program. Speaking on his arrival in New Haven Craig stated:

"This is such an exciting time for Yale Rugby, I just can't wait to get started. Greg McWilliams, the leadership group, and the alumni board, have been great in making me feel welcome, and getting me up to speed with what is expected at this great institution. Our pre season camp begins next Wednesday. All the planning has been done, and we are all set to get going"

Fresh from coaching with the Hong Kong National Under 20s side at the World Trophy in Portugal, Craig moves here from Hong Kong, where he was the HKRFU Performance Player Development manager.

"The position I held in Hong Kong was a great stepping stone for this role, and speaking with Greg, we are on very similar wave lengths in terms of how we want Yale players to approach the game."

The first meeting for the women's squad will take place in LC102 next Wednesday evening. We wish Craig all the very best.

Craig is an IRB L2 Educator, and has completed his Australian Rugby Union level 3 qualification
