Yale scored five tries and four conversions to take a bonus point, 33-15, victory over the University of Pennsylvania. The team defended well and rebutted UPenn’s strong ball carriers. Dan Marsh ’21 controlled the game superbly at fly half whilst newcomer, Drew Ward ’23, had a stand-out performance in his debut match. Mahlon Sorenson ’22 was potent on the wing, scoring three tries. Yale will play American International College on Friday, 27th at 7.00pm in a non-conference match up.
