Yale Rugby places great emphasis on a professional strength and conditioning program, ran by the varsity gym coaches, in oder to maximize the potential of our athletes, and help them understand the importance of personal care, and the relationship with sport, education and life style choices.
Rugby players at Yale complete a lifting session, 3 times a week, and are monitored weekly, through a concise program that encourages growth an development.
The sessions take place in the Varsity Gym (PWG), and a weekly timetable will be released in advance to cater for students academic needs.
